Instructional Design Consultant

Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with WSP’s learning objectives. Consult and collaborate with global subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions. Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and experiences and make necessary revisions. Stay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and technologies. Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers, where appropriate. Provide guidance and support to other members of the Learning and Development team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Work independently and as part of a team. Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles. Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset. Act as a subject matter expert in digital learning and content creation. Work with regional subject matter experts to ensure accurate translation of learning materials and curation of culturally appropriate content.
