Please apply only if you have the right computer system to work on for this role.Role Description We are seeking acreative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designerto produce visually engagingstatic and motion contentacross digital, social, and media platforms. In this role, you’ll create compelling video and graphic assets that tell stories, drive engagement, and elevate the brand — while leveraging AI tools to boost creativity, speed, and scale.Key Responsibilities Design and producehigh-quality static and motion graphics(social media posts, ads, reels, explainers, YouTube shorts, product demos, banners, branding assets) Adapt brand guidelines intodynamic, fresh, and platform-specific visual narratives Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to develop cohesive campaigns Optimize assets (static and motion) for multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI-driven content trends to keep assets innovative and relevant Integrate and experiment withAI design and video tools(e.g., Sora, Google veo, Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Kaiber, or similar) to enhance workflow and creativity Balancecreativity with speed and brand alignment , delivering both static and motion assets efficiently across formatsQualifications Proven experience in creatingboth static designs and motion/video contentfor digital marketing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) Strong understanding of design and animation principles — layout, timing, typography, transitions, color theory Familiarity with digital media formats, social platform specs, and optimization best practices Experience working withAI-assisted design and video tools(e.g., Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Kaiber) Excellent attention to detail with the ability totranslate static visuals into engaging motion content Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment Mandatory prior experience in thedigital marketing industryCompany Description At id8 Digital, we empower brands with strategic digital solutions, specializing in customized marketing strategies designed to achieve success in the digital landscape.
