Job Overview: Care Group of Institutions is seeking a College Bus Driver for a Full-Time position in Tiruchirappalli. The role is mid-level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of driving experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of students and faculty, ensuring timely arrivals at their destinations. Qualifications and Skills: · Must have defensive driving skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure safety on the road at all times. · Vehicle maintenance skills to regularly check and maintain bus performance and address any mechanical issues promptly. · Time management skills to ensure adherence to schedules and timely pick-up and drop-offs. · Student safety skills to create a secure and comfortable travel environment for students. · A strong understanding of traffic regulations to comply with road laws and ensure passenger safety. · Route planning skills to determine and follow the most efficient and safe routes. · Emergency response abilities to act quickly and effectively in the case of unforeseen situations or accidents. · Excellent communication skills to interact kindly with students, parents, and faculty, ensuring clear communication.
