AI Workflow & Automation Specialist

The application will only be accepted if you've filled the form.Role OverviewYou will work directly with Anushka and her content strategy team to design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations and agents that handle tasks like:- Researching trends and viral content- Generating actionable content ideas- Automating data scraping, enrichment, and analysis- Integrating AI research and scriptwriting agents- Setting up end-to-end workflows for content and business operations.You must be comfortable translating high-level concepts into technical solutions and integrating multiple tools into a smooth, automated system.This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where speed, problem-solving, and attention to detail are critical.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement AI agents for research, analysis, and content generation. - Build end-to-end automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make- Set up web scraping pipelines for social media and web data (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, Instagram)- Integrate AI models with databases for data storage and tracking- Optimize workflows for speed, accuracy, and reliability- Collaborate to refine prompts, improve outputs, and reduce manual work- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systemsRequirements- Proven experience in AI automation projects or no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)- Strong understanding of API integrations and ability to work with APIs- Knowledge of web scraping techniques and tools- Familiarity with AI platforms- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn vague ideas into working solutions- Experience connecting AI outputs to Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive)- Ability to create documentation for workflows- Understanding of content pipelines for social media platforms- Bonus: Experience with custom GPTs, prompt engineering. What this role offers- Full-time position- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI + automation projects for one of India’s fastest-growing creator-led brands- Competitive monthly salary- Long-term career growth opportunities in the AI and automation spacePlease fill this form to apply -
