Role Title: Presales lead – Enterprise & Data Centres Role PurposeEngage and understand technical requirements of customers and position STL’s product offering and solutions (Copper, Fiber ISP, Fiber OSP) in the Enterprise & Data Centre segment, to build and sustain market share for STL in India. What the role entails(Key Responsibilities) Technical Engagement Support STL’s solution-sale to key accounts in the regionPosition STL’s products and solutions to technical client stakeholdersDrive STL’s qualification with End customers and System Integrators (SIs)Review technical docs (network design, layouts, specifications etc.) and size the BOM/ BOQsReview and respond to RFI, RFP and RFQs by customersPrepare compliance documents as per Client requirements and Industry standardsEducate and train Distributors and SIs on STL’s productsVerify compliance with System Warranty processBusiness Development Hunt for commercial opportunities with existing and prospective clientsPromote STL’s solutions to end customers, SIs, distributors, and consultantsPartner with Account Managers to convert commercial opportunities to WinsDrive Technical showcase (STL TechSparks) for Clients & Channel PartnersProvide market inputs to STL internal teams, including Product Lifecycle Management, New Product Development, Product MarketingAfter-sales support Provide necessary oversight during product installation at client siteSupport the client in identifying and resolving product-related concernsWhat we are looking for in you(Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility)Hard Skills:Strong Analytical skills: Quantification, Costing, Commercial planningIntermediate to Expert level: AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS ExcelSoft Skills:Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentationStakeholder Management skills: coordinating with clientsObsessed about beating deadlines and delivering uncompromised qualityNatural leader with a high degree of ownershipSelf-starter; Work in a very agile mode and sometimes with little guidanceExperience & EducationMinimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level Education:Hold an RCDD certification is a Must-HaveCertification in Data Centre Design from a respected authority is a Nice-to-haveB.Eng./ B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics/ Telecom Experience / Exposure: 4-6 years of technical exposure to Data Centres and Enterprise connectivity 4-6 years of project execution experience in data and connectivity projectsMinimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-interfacing roleDeep understanding of technology trends in data centre, connectivity, and telecommunications industryStrong understanding of ICT Standards for infrastructure and installationMinimum 5 years of on-ground experience in India
