Known for our timeless designs, personalized service, and attention to detail, we are now seeking a passionate and driven Boutique Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a smooth and luxury customer experienceManage a team of stylists and support staff – training, scheduling, and performance monitoringDrive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling adviceHandle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and careMaintain inventory – including stock checks, ordering, and display managementCoordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collectionsMaintain store aesthetics in line with the brand’s premium imageHandle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeepingMeet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to managementRequirements:Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is a strong plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesWell-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferencesTech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS OfficeFluent in English and Telugu/HindiWhat We Offer:Starting salary of ₹25,000/month with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with a growing, well-established bridal labelProfessional development and trainingCreative and respectful work environment
