In this role, you will manage, optimise, and scale multiple ad accounts with a strong focus on CPA efficiency and revenue growth.You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution; from creative testing and budget scaling to deep performance analysis while continuously improving funnels to maximise conversions across D2C e-commerce brands.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise up to 8–10 paid ad accounts on a daily basis, with approximately 90% focus on Meta and 10% on TikTokPlan, launch, test, and iterate campaigns to identify scalable creatives, audiences, and messaging anglesTake full product and performance ownership by analysing data across campaigns, creatives, landing pages, pricing, and competitorsMonitor dashboards, budgets, and performance metrics to drive efficient growth at scaleRecommend and implement improvements across creatives, funnels, checkout flows, and offers to improve CPA performanceDevelop structured testing roadmaps and apply insights to ongoing optimisationCommunicate detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholdersMaintain a proactive and highly responsive approach to collaboration and reportingRequired Qualification 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta performance marketing campaigns at scaleStrong background working with D2C e-commerce brands (highly preferred)Proven experience scaling ad budgets from approximately $5k to $100k+Advanced analytical skills with the ability to generate clear, actionable insights from dataStrong understanding of D2C funnels, conversion rate optimisation, creative testing, and audience segmentationExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHighly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience managing TikTok Ads campaignsFamiliarity with creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editingExperience working with startup or growth-stage companiesStrong business and consumer psychology understandingWork ScheduleMonday to Friday16:30 pm – 01:30 am IST / 11:00 – 20:00 GMTFully remote roleWhat we offerMonthly Compensation: 10-15 LPAFully remote working environmentOpportunity to take full ownership of high-impact ad accountsExposure to global D2C brands and international marketsCollaborative, performance-focused team cultureLong-term growth and learning opportunities
