About CreatorFlux & The Role:CreatorFlux Media is the exclusive Digital talent arm of Zee, focused on end to end influencer solutions encompassing talent management, influencer marketing, creative solutions & creator-led content IP development. This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators particularly those from non-metro regions gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.This is more than an influencer play it’s a cultural movement. By placing creators from Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India at the heart of mainstream entertainment, CreatorFlux is building the rails for the next wave of digital storytelling and creator entrepreneurship.We are looking for an experienced Social Media Head to build and manage the social identity for CreatorFlux. This role requires a social media strategist with deep understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, digital culture, and audience engagement techniques, preferably someone who is a nano / micro creator themselves or someone who has a proven track record of building the social identity for a start-up. You will be responsible for managing all social handles, growing community engagement, building platform-native content strategies, and driving visibility and relevance for CreatorFlux across digital touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & ExecutionOwn the content and growth strategy for all CreatorFlux social media handles & accounts of talent managed by the Company (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars, campaigns, and creator collaborations.Design platform-native content strategies to drive engagement and reach.Content Creation & CurationLead the development of engaging posts, reels, stories, shorts, and community-first content.Collaborate with in-house creators, designers, and video editors to deliver thumb-stopping content.Analytics, Trends & OptimizationTrack performance KPIs across channels using tools like Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, and analytics dashboards.Optimize content formats and posting schedules based on insights and performance trends.Stay on top of social and creator trends to inject cultural relevance into content.Brand Voice & Community BuildingEstablish a strong, consistent brand voice for CreatorFlux across platforms.Build an active follower base through conversation, storytelling, and timely engagement.Respond to comments, engage with creator content, and nurture a loyal social community.Campaign Integration & CollaborationPartner with marketing, sales, and creative teams to amplify key launches and campaigns.Support influencer onboarding and showcase cohort journeys and milestones socially.Desired Skills and Experience:5–8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or creator-led brands.Must be a creator themselves with at least 20k followers or must have a track record of having built the social reach for a start-up to over 100k followers.Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, short-form video formats, and content virality mechanics.Proven track record in building or managing brand handles from scratch.Creative thinker with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.Proficient in social analytics tools and community growth strategies.
