Senior Content Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our content marketing efforts. This role requires defining and owning the content direction across multiple marketing channels, bridging strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on aligning with the brand, audience personas, and tone, shaping SEO content, guiding ad copy, campaign creatives, and email marketing. Key Responsibilities: Define content strategy across SEO, ad creatives, email campaigns, and social media for clients. Work directly with US-based clients to understand brand voice, customers, and market dynamics. Translate business goals, customer insights, and competitor research into clear content roadmaps and direction. Lead projects by defining content strategy and engaging with clients/customers to align on objectives. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of content's role in SEO, paid campaigns, and CRO. Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to give clear content direction. Experience reviewing AI-generated content and elevating it to meet brand standards. Skilled at translating business and campaign goals into actionable content strategies. Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with design, SEO, and paid media teams.
