Job Title: Performance Marketer for Paid Ads About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer for Paid Ads to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies that drive qualified pipeline for our company. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of all paid acquisition and account-based marketing programs, managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels and continually optimizing spend toward revenue goals. About You: To succeed in this position, you will need to have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads. You should also be proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and have a proven track record of designing and launching successful paid campaigns. Furthermore, you should be able to analyze data and metrics to inform your decision-making and optimize campaign performance. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively is also essential, as you will need to present insights and recommendations to leadership. The Ideal Candidate: 3-5+ years of experience in paid advertising, specifically with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads Proven track record of success in designing and launching paid campaigns Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and analytics tools Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills Bonus Points: Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., YouTube, Reddit) Familiarity with Zoho Marketing Automation or CRM systems Basic graphic design and copywriting skills
