The Plant Metallurgist will be responsible for overseeing metallurgical processes, conducting failure analyses, optimizing extractive metallurgy techniques, and managing leaching operations. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and improving process control, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address metallurgical challenges.QualificationsExperience in Process Control and MetallurgyKnowledge of Extractive Metallurgy and Leaching techniquesSkills in conducting Failure AnalysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the welding industry is a plusShould be BSC chemistry Minimum one year experience in Ferro alloysWet analysis plus instrument experience or handling knowledge
