Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled AI Deployment Engineer to join our team. As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for building, launching and optimizing AI agents that power home-service customer experiences. About the Role: You will craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript. You will deploy, monitor and fine-tune Avoca's conversational agents for the nation's largest HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies. You will troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis and ship fixes fast. You will partner with client stakeholders and Avoca Product to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs. Key Responsibilities 40% Software Development Craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript. 60% AI Management Deploy, monitor and fine-tune Avoca's conversational agents for the nation's largest HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies. Troubleshooting and Root-Cause Analysis Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis and ship fixes fast. Partnering with Stakeholders Partner with client stakeholders and Avoca Product to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs. Requirements Startup Drive and Ambiguity Tolerance You thrive on pace, ambiguity and big growth goals. Technical Skills Fluency in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser). Analytical Thinking and Attention to Detail Sharp analytical thinking and obsessive attention to detail. Communication Skills Clear confident written communication with B2B clients. Education B.S. in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
