Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of scalable and maintainable software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps. Continuously learn and improve technical and soft skills. Debug and resolve basic software defects and issues. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct research and development on new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance existing systems. Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications using , Python, and React (Golang is a plus). Collaborate with networking and infrastructure teams to design and implement robust solutions. Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations. Troubleshoot complex technical issues using a logical and methodical approach. Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical insights and recommendations. Document research findings, technical specifications, and best practices for internal and external use. Skills Proficiency in programming languages: , Python, MongoDB, OpenSearch, React and Golang is a plus. Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, macOS). Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, etc.). Excellent technical and logical thinking skills for problem-solving. Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) for effective collaboration and documentation.
