Job Title: Informatica IDMC DeveloperExperience Required: 6–8 YearsLocation: Work From Home [WFH]Expected Start Date: ASAPDOJ: Oct 15th 2025Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and SaaS MDM (Customer360, Supplier360, Reference360). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting MDM data models, Reference360 codelists, and integration jobs (ingress/egress). This is a hands-on development role requiring expertise in coding, testing, and supporting deployments in IDMC.Key Responsibilities:Develop and configure ingress and egress jobs (file-based, FTP/SFTP, APIs, real-time, and batch integrations).Build and maintain Reference360 codelists and support their integration with C360/S360.Implement, configure, and troubleshoot CDI and CAI workflows to support MDM solutions.Develop CAI processes and workflows for system integration and orchestration.Configure and support MDM data models, hierarchies, and business entities within IDMC.Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support, ensuring smooth defect resolution and timely delivery.Work on code promotions, environment migrations, and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, data load issues, and performance problems.Ensure compliance with RBAC, governance, and data security standards across IDMC solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:6–8 years of experience working with Informatica tools (IDMC, CDI, CAI, C360, S360, Reference360).Strong hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting ingress/egress jobs (FTP/SFTP, APIs, file transfers, batch, and real-time).Proficiency in building CAI processes, CDI mappings, and workflows.Experience configuring Reference360 codelists and integrating with C360/S360 entities.Knowledge of data modeling, match/merge rules, and business entity updates in IDMC MDM.Experience in code promotions and CI/CD pipeline management.Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, and production deployments.Good problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot data and integration issues quickly.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in agile/global teams.Nice to Have:Experience with open APIs and external system integrations.Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).Familiarity with data governance and master data strategies.
