We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dental claims team as a Claims Submission Specialist. Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting dental insurance claims electronically or manually, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate accounts receivable. Key responsibilities include: Accurately and timely submitting claims Reviewing patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage for proper coding and documentation Following up on unpaid or rejected claims, investigating discrepancies, and resolving them Maintaining HIPAA compliance and dental billing guidelines This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
