The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in technical hiring across multiple domains and be confident in evaluating candidates through structured discussions. You will work closely with our internal team and interviewers to identify, evaluate, and onboard top talent for our clients and internal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end technical recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Conduct initial technical screening discussions to assess candidate fit. Collaborate with interviewers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles across software development, data, cloud, and DevOps domains. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of technical job descriptions, hiring trends, and industry terminology.
