Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, and compliance with local labor laws. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing all payroll-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.Key Responsibilities:Process end-to-end payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.Maintain employee payroll records, including deductions, leave, overtime, bonuses, and other adjustments.Prepare and review payroll reports, including tax calculations, earnings statements, and year-end reports.Liaise with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.Manage payroll taxes, benefits, and other deductions, ensuring accurate and timely filing.Provide guidance to employees on payroll policies, tax information, and other related matters.Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and year-end filings.Perform other payroll-related tasks and duties as required.Interested can share resume to shri@ or 9003684976
