You will design and build the backend systems and GenAI-powered features that sit at the heart of our clients' most critical platforms.This is not a ticket-taker role. You will think, build, and iterate like a founder.Years of Experience: 5 - 8 yearsLocation: Remote/ CoimbatoreKey Skills:Backend Development (Expert): Python, Django/Flask, RESTful APIs, WebsocketsGenAI & LLM Integration (Proficient): Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context management, output validation, and cost/latency optimizationCloud Technologies (Proficient): AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions), CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI or Github ActionsDatabases (Advanced): PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDBAI/ML (Familiar): Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts, experience with RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone or ChromaDB or others)Tools (Expert): Git, Docker, LinuxRoles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and scale secure, high-performance backend systems using AI-assisted development (Claude)Build and ship AI-powered product features with a focus on usability and real-world impactOwn project end-to-end - from requirement discussions with clients to production deployment.
