We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Superintendent - sailing as C/E mandatory with strong expertise in vessel management and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.Position: Technical SuperintendentLocation: Work From HomeResponsibilitiesMaintain regular communication with Line Manager on vessel performance, budgets, and incidents.Prepare specifications, evaluate tenders, and supervise daily technical operations of assigned vessels.Implement and promote company’s HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) policies onboard.Plan and execute dry-docking, major repairs, mobilizations, and refits at regular intervals.QualificationsCandidate with rank sailing experience as Chief Engineer.Candidates from any type of vessel background will be considered.Shore experience is not mandatory; fresh Chief Engineers are welcome to apply.
