Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist in seating as directed by the Captain or Manager. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleaned after use. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, tables, and workstations. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely delivery of orders. Refill glasses, water, and other condiments as required during service. Handle guest queries and requests politely and efficiently. Assist in mise-en-place and closing duties at the start and end of each shift. Follow service standards and SOPs to ensure consistency in guest experience. Support the Captain and other team members during busy hours.Requirements: 1– 1.5 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in a bar or restaurant. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Neat grooming and presentation. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Hotel Management diploma/certificate preferred but not mandatory.
