Workato Integration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with strong hands-on experience using Workato to build, maintain, and optimize integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have integration experience with applications i.e, NetSuite, Salesforce etc. along with deep understanding of APIs, automation workflows, and data transformation. You will play a key role in designing scalable integrations, troubleshooting complex workflows, and enabling seamless data exchange for business-critical processes.Need Immediate joinersKey Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering: Work with business stakeholders (analysts, developers, project managers) to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.Development: Create, configure, and deploy Workato recipes, connectors, and custom logic for data movement and process automation (e.g., between Workato and NetSuite).API & Data Management: Develop API integrations, manage data transformations (ETL), ensure data security, and handle authentication (REST, SOAP, JSON).Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor existing integrations, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies, document designs, and work with diverse teams to ensure successful project delivery.Innovation: Explore new integration technologies and implement AI/RPA solutions for process enhancement. Key Skills & Experience:Hands-on Workato experience (recipes, connectors, workflows).Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, OAuth.Experience with specific systems like NetSuite and Salesforce is often a plus.Familiarity with SQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
