As a key professional in our organization, you will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with potential learners. Key Responsibilities: Engage with assigned leads through advanced communication systems to gauge their interest and eligibility for our programs Qualify leads by conducting thorough assessments of their needs and abilities Schedule video consultations with our team members for qualified leads Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of experience in ed-tech sales or related fields (study abroad experience is highly valued) Must possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity Currently working as an individual contributor with a proven track record of meeting targets Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with empathy and patience Persuasive skills to influence enrollment decisions Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements
