About the Role We are hiring a Partner Technical Advisor to work as an embedded enablement specialist within the Databricks partner ecosystem. In this role, you will deliver premium advisory learning services to Databricks partner delivery teams, helping them successfully execute data and AI projects on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. Working closely with Databricks stakeholders, you will move beyond traditional training by assessing project-specific needs, identifying capability gaps, and prescribing targeted, deep-dive learning interventions aligned to real delivery scenarios. This is a highly technical and consultative role where success is measured by project execution, migration success, and partner delivery capability — not just training completion. What You’ll Do Partner Discovery & Technical Alignment - Engage directly with partner delivery teams to understand active projects, architectures, and migration goals - Act as a trusted advisor to accelerate project execution and migrations using Databricks capabilities - Translate project requirements into targeted enablement strategies aligned to real delivery needs Skill Assessment & Enablement Strategy - Conduct in-depth skill gap analyses using Databricks tools and proprietary frameworks - Define role-based, project-aligned learning paths tailored to partner teams - Recommend deep-dive technical learning aligned with Databricks best practices and use cases Execution Monitoring & Delivery Impact - Track learning progress, certification, and readiness across partner teams - Identify migration blockers, adoption challenges, and capability gaps impacting delivery - Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship throughout the enablement journey - Report on progress, risks, and critical issues to stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement & Influence - Collaborate closely with Databricks and partner leadership to align on priorities - Act as a neutral, trusted advisor maintaining a partner-first, non-competitive position - Deliver data-driven insights on enablement impact, readiness, and project outcomes What We’re Looking For Technical & Consulting Expertise - Extensive hands-on experience with the Databricks Platform - Proven track record delivering end-to-end Data & AI solutions - Deep understanding of data engineering, analytics, and/or machine learning workflows Advisory & Enablement Capability - Experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, or partner enablement roles - Ability to translate technical delivery needs into structured learning strategies - Strong mentorship and advisory mindset (training experience beneficial but not essential) Strategic & Communication Skills - Ability to provide strategic technical guidance and influence decision-making - Comfortable engaging both executive stakeholders and hands-on delivery teams - Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Ways of Working - Data-driven approach to tracking progress, readiness, and impact - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving ecosystem - Comfortable working in a “white-label” capacity, supporting partners in a neutral and collaborative way Why This Role?
