TELE-CALLER

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Yelahanka Ward. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers via phone, explaining products or services, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining detailed call records, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and providing feedback to enhance service quality. The role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.QualificationsProficient communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey information and manage conversations professionally.Interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively interact with customers and foster positive relationships.Customer service skills, including problem-solving and patience in addressing customer needs and concerns.Basic computer proficiency to manage call records and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Knowledge of sales techniques and prior experience in telecalling, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.Ability to work independently, with good organizational and time management skills.An approachable and customer-focused demeanor, with a goal-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Hindi or local languages is considered an added advantage.
