GoHighLevel Specialist

Role Overview This is a highly experienced, agency-level technical role for a GoHighLevel specialist who has worked in a digital or SaaS agency environment. You will independently build, manage, and optimise CRM systems and automations for multiple clients, work directly with Australian businesses, and deliver scalable, AI-driven CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end GoHighLevel CRM implementations in an agency environment Design and optimise advanced workflows, triggers, and conditional logic Build, manage, and contribute to reusable snapshots for agency scaling Implement AI tools (AI chat, AI SMS, AI voice agents) Configure Stripe payments, subscriptions, and SaaS plans Integrate Meta Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, and third-party platforms Support client onboarding and technical strategy discussions Perform QA and optimisation across multiple client accounts Monitor CRM performance, reporting, and deliverability Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams  Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have) 2–4 years of highly experienced, hands-on GoHighLevel work Mandatory agency-level experience (digital marketing, SaaS, or CRM agency) Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong understanding of CRM architecture and automation logic Advanced troubleshooting and optimisation skills Experience working with snapshots and scalable CRM builds Confident English communication and client-facing experience  Added Advantage (Bonus Skills) WordPress experience (site setup, integrations, forms, tracking) Knowledge of hosting, domains, DNS, and professional email setup Experience with other CRM, automation, or marketing platforms Familiarity with  or similar project management tools Exposure to healthcare, NDIS, or service-based industries  What We Offer Ownership of live, agency-level client CRM systems Exposure to AI-powered automation and CRM architecture Clear growth path to Senior GHL Specialist / Automation Architect Long-term role with a fast-growing Australian agency Performance-based incentives and structured career growth
