Your primary focus will be on engaging with schools, colleges, and agents to meet recruitment targets and enhance our market presence. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, handling enquiries, supporting the conversion journey, and contributing to our global strategy by representing us professionally and proactively across the region. School and College Visits You will organize and represent us at student recruitment exhibitions and school/college visits across India. This involves creating a positive impression of our institution and showcasing our academic programmes to potential students. Enquiry Handling You will respond to student and agent enquiries related to entry requirements, applications, and scholarships. This requires providing accurate and timely information to ensure a smooth applicant experience. Conversion Process You will support the conversion process from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a high-quality applicant experience. This involves coordinating with various teams to facilitate the admission process. Application Processing You will assist with application processing and ensure accurate, timely communication with stakeholders. This includes reviewing applications, verifying documents, and notifying applicants of their status. Market Research You will conduct market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting regional recruitment strategies. This involves gathering and analysing data on market trends, competitor activity, and student behaviour. Stakeholder Relationships You will develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders in India. This involves building trust, understanding their needs, and delivering value to them. Team Collaboration You will liaise effectively with our wider teams involved in international recruitment. This includes coordinating with marketing, admissions, and other departments to achieve shared goals. Event Coordination You will coordinate and support inbound and outbound visits, delegations, and events. This involves arranging logistics, communicating with participants, and ensuring the success of these initiatives.
