Technical Drawing Specialist

In this role as a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential construction projects. Your expertise in Revit is crucial to the success of our team. Responsibilities Create detailed technical drawings and plans for residential construction projects using Revit software. Experience in generating building drawings, contract documents, and working drawings is highly valued. Evaluate that all technical drawings and plans comply with national building codes and regulations. Develop 3D models of construction projects to enhance visual representation and communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and improve overall performance. Requirements Proficiency in Revit software and strong understanding of its applications. Comprehensive knowledge of national building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective collaboration. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
