Hiring: Regional Business Head (RBH) – Affordable Housing Finance Location: Trichy Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Business Head (RBH) to drive business growth and manage multi-location operations across Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities Drive monthly business targets of ₹12–15 Cr across the region Manage and scale operations across multiple branches (4–5+ branches currently handled) Lead and mentor a team of Cluster Business Heads (CBHs) and Area Managers Strengthen DSA/channel partnerships and open market sourcing Ensure portfolio quality, collections, and profitability Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth disbursements Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies Team Handling Strong leadership in handling multi-layer team structures Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12+ years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Affordable Housing Finance Currently managing 4–5 branches or similar span of control Strong exposure in business sourcing, team handling, and regional management Ideal Candidate Profile From NBFC / HFC / Small Finance Bank (Affordable segment preferred) Strong track record in ₹10Cr+ monthly business Good network with DSAs, connectors, and builders How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume via WhatsApp:
