Operations Manager

Job Title: Regional Operation Manager Location: Trichy Experience: 9- 15 years TCS iON is a leading provider of assessment platforms & engaged in conducting the most prestigious academic and recruitment exams across the country and abroad. These Exams are conducted at various exam venues spread across the Country. These venues are either hired on long-term contract/lease or on a temporary/need basis based on the requirements. Responsibilities: • Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region • Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets • Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region • Build strong relationship with partners • Review and ensure Policy Compliance • Manage cost • Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners • Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance • Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets • Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule • Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region • Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis • Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region • Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators • Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members • Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements. • Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front. • Exposure in crowd management. • Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage. Requirements: · Around 10 years of experience in Operations/Business Development/Service Delivery, with at least 5 years in field operation handling, by self. · Good hands-on experience of Microsoft office (XL, PPT, Word and Local Area Networking etc.) · Strong communication skills (Ability to communicate in Telugu will be added advantage) · Strong analytical skills · Able to travel 70% 80% of the time · Ability to work with cross functional teams · Attention to Detail · Self-motivated and ready to work extended hours · Enthusiastic and pleasant personality · Quick Learner · Lead from front Skills Needed: · Strong People Management & Team Building Skills · Good written and verbal communications · Strong Interpersonal Skills · Strong Presentation Skills · Strong Analytical skills
