Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist who will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and help maintain strong financial controls. This role requires attention to detail, sound financial understanding, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and finance operationsPrepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesTrack expenses, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and timelinessAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory requirementsCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external vendorsMaintain documentation for audits and financial reviewsSupport finance leadership with data, analysis, and ad-hoc reportsRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related rolesStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial processesExperience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for financial analysisHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skills
