We provide a complete platform for NGOs to collect donations through payment gateways, maintain a donor database, offer an email marketing service, and automate operational activities. Job Overview: As a Senior Inside Sales Associate, you'll drive sales with NGOs in a startup environment. You need unwavering enthusiasm, energy, and a hands-on approach to achieve your goals efficiently. This role demands high execution focus, transforming ideas from conception to implementation rapidly. Key Responsibilities: Provide video demos of our platform to interested NGOs. Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction for successful sales. Follow up rigorously with NGOs to close sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer delight. No cold calling; only reach out to leads who expressed interest in our offering. Assist in lead generation as part of future growth in this role. Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English; fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage. 2-5 years of experience with majority in sales, and most recent experience in sales. Ability to grasp things quickly. Capacity to think innovatively and creatively to provide client solutions. Work Details: Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. Department: Sales & Business Development.
