Visual Design Specialist

As a Visual Design Specialist, your primary objective will be to work closely with clients and account managers to discuss business goals and requirements. Main responsibilities include interpreting client needs, developing visual concepts, obtaining approval for initial designs, creating designs and layouts based on visual hierarchy and typography, working with various media formats, collaborating with internal teams, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and being aware of current trends in visual arts. Key skills required include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as experience with AI tools like Midjourney and Firefly. Knowledge of additional software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro, Blender, XD, Figma is an added advantage. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive projects forward. Additionally, you will need to maintain awareness of industry developments and advancements in visual design.
