About the Role This position requires a meticulous eye for detail and expertise in preparing print and digital files, ensuring consistency across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Review and finalize creative files to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines. Prepare artwork across formats (print, digital, OOH, packaging). Verify spelling, grammar, formatting, and design consistency. Ensure deliverables are properly packaged and press-ready. Collaborate with designers to refine layouts. Qualifications: Experience as a Finalizer / Artworker in a design agency. Proven track record of preparing print-ready and digital files. Essential Skills: Exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of print production processes. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. PREFERRED SKILLS: Previous experience as a Finalizer / Artworker. Maintaining high standards under tight deadlines is crucial. Ensuring consistent branding application, organized file structures, and reliable collaboration with account managers and external suppliers will guarantee flawless execution of final assets. A successful candidate must be proactive in preventing errors and prioritizing quality over speed. Strong communication skills and composure under pressure are essential.
