Our agents work inside the ERP systems companies already use, including Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.The goal is simple: help finance teams close faster, collect cash faster, process invoices accurately, and maintain better controls without adding manual headcount.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Chartered Accountant in Accounting Operations.You will work across AP, AR, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close for global clients. The role involves reviewing accounting exceptions, validating ERP data, preparing schedules and reconciliations, documenting accounting decisions, supporting client onboarding, and working with our product team to improve ProcIndex’s AI agents.This is a strong fit for a CA who wants to work beyond traditional audit/tax roles and build expertise in global accounting operations, ERP systems, and AI-enabled finance workflows.QualificationsQualified Chartered AccountantStrong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, monthly close, and accounting controlsExperience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Zoho Books.Ability to review invoices, vendor records, PO matches, customer balances, payments, reconciliations, and close itemsStrong Excel/spreadsheet skillsClear written communication and documentation skillsHigh attention to detail and strong accounting judgmentExperience with global clients, outsourced accounting, controllership, audit support, US GAAP, or IFRS is a plusInterest in accounting automation and AI tools is a plus
