Roles & Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and train Financial Advisors for life insurance sales. Motivate and guide the team to meet business objectives. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Support team members with product knowledge and sales techniques. Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and support. Monitor performance and maintain compliance with industry standards. Participate in meetings, campaigns, and sales events to boost productivity. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales / Marketing (Insurance or BFSI preferred). Education: Graduate or above (mandatory). Skills: Good communication, leadership, and networking skills. Traits: Self-driven, confident, and passionate about achieving goals. Age: 24 to 40 years preferred. Compensation & Incentives: CTC: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.00 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance).
