The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting mindset, functional expertise, and stakeholder management capability to deliver scalable and compliant workforce solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Functional & Solution DesignLead end-to-end functional design across Payroll, OTL, and Workforce SchedulingTranslate complex business requirements into scalable HCM solutionsPrepare BRDs, FDDs, process flows (As-Is / To-Be)Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices2. Payroll & ComplianceConfigure payroll elements, balances, costing, and taxationManage statutory compliance and country-specific payroll localizationEnsure adherence to labor laws and tax regulationsSupport parallel runs, payroll validation, and reconciliation3. Time & Labor / Workforce SchedulingConfigure time entry rules, approval workflows, and absence integrationsImplement shift scheduling, labor demand planning, workforce optimizationDesign solutions for overtime, shift premiums, and compliance tracking4. Integrations & Technical CollaborationCollaborate with technical teams on:HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIsSupport data migration and system integrationsValidate integration design and ensure data accuracy and consistency5. Testing & DeploymentLead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolutionPrepare test cases, scenarios, and documentationSupport cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities6. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business teamsConduct workshops, demos, and training sessionsAct as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders7.
