Project Manager – Business & Creative, Mobile Apps - Part Time

About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to help drive the end-to-end execution of our mobile gaming app projects. You will work closely with the team to coordinate across artworks/creative, development, testing, compliance/documentation, and other business deliverables. This is not a purely technical role.You will work closely with the team to coordinate across artworks/creative, development, testing, compliance/documentation, and other business deliverables required to launch and run gaming apps smoothly.Location: RemoteType: Contract, Part timeIndustry: Consumer Apps/ Mobile GamingDuration: 3.5 months (potential for extension)Remuneration: Rs 43,000 per month Key ResponsibilitiesWork across creative/artwork pipelines, including briefs, revisions, feedback loops, asset tracking, approvals, and readiness for implementation.Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple app-related workstreams.Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and execution dashboards.Coordinate with designers, illustrators, artists, developers, QA testers, agencies, freelancers, and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed as planned.Coordinate with the product/founder side and development team to ensure features, assets, dependencies, and requirements are aligned for smooth execution.Track progress across design, development, backend, testing, app store readiness, and launch preparation.Identify delays, risks, bottlenecks, missing dependencies, and ownership gaps early, and push them toward resolution.Follow up rigorously with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.Help organize and monitor business deliverables connected to launch, including compliance, follow-ups, vendor coordination, and other tasks.Maintain clear records of task status, priorities, deadlines, approvals, pending items, and next actions.Ensure everyone involved knows what has to be done, by whom, and by when.Support launch management by ensuring all final pieces come together in a coordinated and timely manner. What You Will Be ManagingThis role may span work such as:Artworks, illustrations, visual assets, UI, and creative productionCoordination with product teamApp launch timelines and milestone monitoringVendor/freelancer discussions and co-ordinationCompliance/documentation-related execution supportStore submission readiness and related deliverablesCross-functional business tasks connected to app launchesWhat We Are Looking For3 plus years of experience in project management, operations, account management, production coordination, product coordination, or similar execution-focused rolesExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentStrong ability to manage creative and execution workflows with disciplineGood understanding of how digital products or apps get built and launchedComfortable working with designers, developers, and external service providersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent follow-up ability and high ownership mindsetStrong attention to detail, documentation, and process disciplineAble to break large goals into trackable tasks and timelinesCalm under pressure, practical, and solution-orientedAble to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information responsibly Preferred BackgroundCandidates from any of the following backgrounds may fit well:Project management in brands, mobile apps, gaming, startups, or digital productsCreative project management or production coordinationClient servicing / account management from design, branding, advertising, or creative agenciesOperations or delivery management roles involving cross-functional executionYes, candidates from ad agency client servicing/account management backgrounds can be a strong fit, provided they are highly organized, execution-driven, and comfortable handling multi-stream delivery beyond only creative coordination. Key Traits We ValueStructured and process-drivenCommercially astuteFast learnerOrganized To ApplyPlease share:Your resume
