The role combines hands-on leadership hiring with Talent Acquisition leadership, including mentoring a small team, in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with technology and consulting leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategiesLead end-to-end recruitment for senior IT and leadership roles, including Solution Architects, Presales Architects, and Consulting PartnersDrive hiring across enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, and Big DataManage and mentor a small TA team, ensuring quality delivery and timely closuresPersonally handle complex and confidential leadership searchesDrive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and market mappingEnsure structured screening, smooth interview processes, and strong candidate experienceSupport offer strategy, negotiations, and long-term leadership pipeline buildingRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in senior IT and leadership hiringProven strategic thinker with strong leadership stakeholder partnershipPrior experience managing or mentoring recruitersStrong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searchExperience hiring for enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, or Big DataExperience supporting EU, UK, and US hiringAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentWillingness to work US time zones (night shift 6.30pm to 2.30 am)Preferred SkillsExperience in recruitment or staffing organizationsStrong networking and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentEducationGraduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
