As an intern, you will join our Technical Transformation Team andsupport key functions, including Campaigns, Political Intelligence, and Research . This is not just an internship; it's a rigorous training ground and a direct pipeline to a full-time career in political consulting.What You'll Do Engage in a comprehensive2-month training programdesigned to bridge the gap between engineering and politics. Technical Track:Participate in intensive workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices. Political Track:Attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy. Analyserelevant public datasets (e.g., election data, legislative records) to identify trends and produce actionable insights. Develop a Capstone Project , such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders. Translatecomplex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations. Collaboratewith and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing, high-impact projects.Who You Are You are currently in your6th semester or laterof a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer, Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or you are a recent graduate. You have a strong,demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy. You possess foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
