In this role, you'll guide new clients through onboarding, help them integrate Codeant into their development workflows, and provide hands-on technical support to ensure their success.This is a hybrid implementation and support role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and making a tangible impact on their experience.What You'll DoClient Onboarding & ImplementationLead the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup experienceConfigure and deploy Codeant within client environments, tailoring the setup to their specific needsSet up and optimize CI/CD pipelines to integrate Codeant into existing development workflowsDevelop and document best practices, guides, and resources to streamline future implementationsTechnical Support & TroubleshootingServe as the first point of contact for technical questions and issues during and after onboardingDiagnose and resolve configuration issues, integration bugs, and pipeline errorsEscalate complex issues to the engineering team with clear documentation and contextProactively identify common pain points and work with the product team to improve the customer experienceCustomer Success & Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with technical stakeholders at client organizationsConduct check-ins and training sessions to ensure customers are getting maximum value from CodeantGather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvementsMust Have:-2+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, implementation, support engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roleStrong understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similarFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) and software development workflowsExcellent troubleshooting and debugging skillsClear and empathetic communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneouslyNice to Have:-Experience with code quality, static analysis, or developer tooling productsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Background in software development or DevOpsExperience writing technical documentation or customer-facing guidesWhy Join Codeant?Best in class compensation Work directly with customers and see the immediate impact of your workBe part of a growing team where your input shapes the product and customer experienceFlexible, collaborative work environment
