The objective is to provide digital and IT services to C&F business units by creating autonomous squads focused on a specific product or a business team.For more information about Crum & Forster, please visit our website: .Key Responsibilities· Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).· Build and maintain the supervisor agent that routes user intents and contexts to specialized AI sub-agents.· Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases, Azure Cognitive Search, and semantic indexing.· Develop intelligent chatbots and automation workflows for enterprise use cases using LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).· Design and optimize prompt architectures, system prompts, and prompt chaining mechanisms.· Work with Azure AI Services (Cognitive Search, OpenAI, AI Studio, Azure Graph) and integrate them with One AI’s backend.· Implement secure, scalable cloud-based AI applications (preferably on Azure, with optional exposure to AWS or GCP).· Develop and maintain vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Azure Vector Search) for document intelligence and Q&A.· Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement agentic reasoning, context extraction, goal-driven routing, and LLM orchestration.· Contribute to automation, model evaluation, and performance tuning for large-scale AI solutions.
