Scan to BIM (Revit) Architecture Modelers

Experience Required:  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Scan-to-BIM modeling.Immediate Joining is mandatory. Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Recap  is essential. Technical Skills & Responsibilities: Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows  with mandatory 3+ years of hands-on experience in point cloud processing . Ability to import, clean, and register point cloud data (laser scans)  into BIM platforms. Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models  (Architectural and Structural) from scan data. Ensure precise alignment and coordination  between Architectural and Structural elements. Verify and validate model accuracy  against site scans, ensuring compliance with tolerance levels, BIM standards, and LOD requirements .
