Our focus lies in fostering ethical, sustainable relationships that positively impact broader communities.Role DescriptionThis is a business partner role with iQuery Australia for an Educational Franchisee to set up, operate, and grow International Learning Hubs across India Sri Lanka Bhutan and Nepal.Learning Hubs offer a wide range of skill development, career preparation, international competitions, career immersion programs and scholarships. This is provided in partnership with dozens of global educational leaders including but limited to Oxford, Cambride, Harvard, MIT and NUS universities.The role suits owners of schools, play groups, child care centres, education centres, and people with other business experience.Freshers are also welcome and will be provided additional support as necessary.The Franchisee will be responsible for driving business growth through establishing partnerships, providing support to students and educational institutions, and promoting iQuery Australia’s mission. Day-to-day activities include networking with potential collaborators, managing local operations, coordinating with the central team, and ensuring the delivery of ethical and sustainable educational solutions within assigned territories.QualificationsStrong communication and networking skills to build relationships with educational institutions and potential partners.Proven ability in business development and organizational management to drive growth and manage local operations.An understanding of global education systems and market dynamics across regions such as Australia, India, Singapore, and New Zealand.Strong ethical standards, a commitment to education, and a passion for fostering meaningful collaborations.Proficiency in managing remote operations and utilizing digital tools to support collaboration and communication.Previous experience in the education sector or franchise management is a plus.APPLY IN CONFIDENCE FOR A PERSONAL BUSINESS MEETING
