Data Analyst and Coordination Executive

Looking for someone who can support with data research, database preparation, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and basic analysis for an upcoming initiative.This will be a part-time or project-based role for the next 2 to 3 months.Responsibilities:Research and prepare structured databasesCollect and organize relevant information from different sourcesMaintain clean trackers in Excel or Google SheetsIdentify the right people or organizations to connect withSend professional messages and emails when requiredFollow up in a timely and organized mannerCoordinate calls and meetingsPrepare weekly progress reportsAnalyze collected data and share simple insightsSupport planning and coordination of upcoming activitiesEligibility:Good research skillsTo organize data properlyGood written communication skillsTo follow up professionallyWho can work independentlyPrior experience in data analysis, research, coordination, outreach, business development, or admin support will be an added advantage.Someone based in India is preferred.
