Join our mission of helping a million professionals achieve their dream jobs through upskilling in next generation skills.About the role: In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and seamless coordination across multiple functions within the organization.Key responsibilities:Oversee and support day-to-day company operations across Business Operations, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams.Work closely with the Sales team on CRM management, lead allocation, and sales list distribution.Assess manpower availability and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution.Maintain updated operational records, trackers, and dashboards.Handle end-to-end coordination of cross-functional business processes to ensure seamless functioning.Manage vendor coordination and operational follow-ups.Support execution of cross-operations tasks while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.What we’re looking for: Strong communication skills with excellent command over written and verbal EnglishProficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)Ability to multitask and efficiently juggle cross-operations responsibilitiesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teamsHighly organized with attention to detail and accuracyAdaptable and open to taking on new tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work with speed, ownership, and problem-solving mindsetPrior full-time experience in Operations roles (EdTech experience is an added advantage)What else do you getOpportunity to work with a super talented team of professionals from high pedigree backgrounds like ISB, BITS Pilani, NITs etc.Great learning opportunity.
