Farm Operations Executive

OverviewWe are hiring a Farm Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities at our hydroponics farm in Nashik. The role is open to freshers or experienced candidates with an agriculture, horticulture, or allied background.The candidate will work on-ground to execute existing SOPs, manage a small team of farm helpers, ensure quality control, and coordinate B2B & B2C orders, logistics, and basic sales activities when harvest is not ready. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern hydroponics farming and end-to-end farm operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFarm Operations & SOP ExecutionExecute daily farm operations as per established SOPsMonitor crop health, nutrient cycles, water management, and hygieneMaintain farm discipline, cleanliness, and safety standardsReport issues, deviations, and improvement suggestionsTeam SupervisionSupervise and guide on-ground farm helpersAllocate daily tasks and monitor work qualityTrain helpers on SOPs, hygiene, and quality processesMaintain attendance and basic workforce recordsQuality Control & AuditMonitor quality of produce during growth, harvest, and packingConduct internal quality checks before dispatchMaintain farm logs, records, reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and audit documentationSupport internal and external auditsOrder & Inventory Management (B2B & B2C)Manage incoming B2B and B2C ordersPlan harvest quantities as per orders and stock availabilityCoordinate with management on order schedulingEnsure accurate order documentationLogistics Coordination (Non-Delivery)Coordinate with logistics partners for pickup schedulesEnsure correct packaging, labeling, and dispatch readinessTrack inbound and outbound movement of produceSales Support (During Non-Harvest or Free Period - Fuel expense to be provided extra)Support inbound and outbound sales coordinationFollow up with existing customers on availability timelinesAssist in order forecasting and customer communicationEligibility & QualificationsFresher or experienced candidate can applyDegree / Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or allied fields (Compulsory)Willingness to work on-ground in a Polyhouse farm environmentBasic documentation and computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, order tracking)Preferred Skills & TraitsHands-on and execution-focusedWillingness to learn and adaptGood coordination and communication skillsOwnership mindset and attention to detailGrowth & LearningStructured SOP-based learning environmentDirect exposure to commercial hydroponics operationsOpportunity to grow into Senior Operations / Farm Manager role
