Branch Manager

We are hiring for leading NBFC Client based in Thrissur. Job Role: As a Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth. If you have a strong background in Banking/NBFC with hands-on experience in Gold Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, and NCD operations , this is a great opportunity to step up your career. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily morning meetings and cascade management instructions. Oversee branch transactions, expense control, vouchers, registers, and end-of-day processes. Custodian of branch keys, important documents, and unused cheques. Drive and monitor business targets, loan recovery, and promotional activities. Ensure accurate system entries, authorizations, and timely fund remittances. Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain branch decorum. Manage audits, statutory licenses, and compliance requirements. Verify pledged items and ensure operational excellence. Maintain customer databases and submit timely reports to HO/ROM. Requirements: ✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in Banking/NBFC sector. ✅ Proficient in handling NCD, NCD Sub-Dept, Business Loan, Gold Loan, and Vehicle Loan products. Qualification: Any UG/PG. Strong leadership, business development, and branch administration skills.
