The Personal Secretary will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, provide personal assistance to CEO, and ensure efficient communication and coordination. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling clerical duties, and supporting executive-level administrative needs. The candidate will contribute to maintaining a professional and well-organized environment.willing to travel domestic and international.Qualifications- Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills - Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, appointments, and documentation - Strong Communication abilities to ensure effective internal and external coordination - Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in office software and technology is a plus - Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all professional matters - Bachelor's degree, Aviation and hospitality backgrund or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
