The role involves driving strategy, sales, customer acquisition & retention, branch expansion, and process excellence to strengthen the Bank’s market presence and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Develop & implement cohesive strategies for liability and third-party products.Lead branch expansion initiatives and enhance branch performance.Drive customer-centric marketing, sales, and engagement programs.Ensure regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and service excellence.Mentor and develop senior leaders to build a strong succession pipeline.Achieve business growth across CASA, NRI, and overall banking portfolio.Minimum Requirements:Education: Post-Graduation or higher.Experience: 22–25 years in Branch Banking with proven leadership in large-scale operations, sales, and customer engagement.
