He/she should have Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics/Public Policy/Social Sciences or relatedfields with at least 5 years’ experience in M&E design and implementation for government or externally funded projects. Must be able to Develop and execute M&E framework; track project performance indicators; prepare progress reports; conduct field assessments and support evidence-based decision making.
